We collect only the following personal information:

• Email address — collected when you submit the waitlist form. This is the only personal data we store.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, mailing addresses, payment information, social security numbers, or any other personal identifiers.

We use standard web server logs and may use analytics tools that collect anonymized usage data (page views, browser type, general location). This data is not linked to your email address.

Your email address is used solely to:

• Notify you when Alpha Whale X launches
• Send product updates we believe are relevant to your interest in the waitlist

We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Email addresses are stored in Supabase, a third-party database provider. Supabase maintains industry-standard security practices including encryption at rest and in transit. For more information, see supabase.com/privacy.

We retain your email address until you request deletion or unsubscribe.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Delete your data at any time by emailing us
• Opt out of communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send
• Correct any inaccurate data we hold

All marketing emails we send will identify themselves as coming from Alpha Whale X, include a valid physical or mailing address, and include a clear unsubscribe mechanism. We will honor all unsubscribe requests promptly.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted their email, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
